Andromeda is a musical ensemble which combines imagination and versatility, in programmes involving artists who rank among the finest singers and instrumentalists around today. With a trio at its core, the group can be expanded to suit any requirements with collaborative artists and repertoire chosen specifically to meet individual taste, right across the musical spectrum.

As musicians who have worked in a number of different fields we have become increasingly aware of the need to provide programmes which incorporate both the highest standards of music making and a real sense of versatility. In other words, making music which will appeal to the widest of tastes, without compromise over repertoire or standards, and creating programmes which in as much as they inform an audience, are equally as entertaining. Having worked together in various guises, as well as extensive performing careers as individuals - covering just about as many styles as there are - we decided to form an ensemble, with our trio (soprano, flute and piano) as the core element. It is the simple fact of our versatility as musicians, and the similarly creative artists we have met and collaborated with along the way, which allows us to expand this trio to create any combination of musicians and music, therefore providing the potential to offer programmes which in every aspect can be created to suit each individual engagement and musical preference. We also firmly believe that it is infinitely possible to combine classical music with contemporary music, jazz, world music and music theatre, and even more importantly that each style can "entertain" as much as the other.  Whatever the event you require recitalists for, we have the ability and the experience to devise a programme that is just right for each occasion, be it as part of a music festival or a corporate or private event. Anything is possible...
